What is your shipping policy?
•All artwork shipped will include insurance up to value of each piece or pieces of artwork combined.
•Once shipped you will receive a tracking number
•Options for shipping carriers include USPS and FedEx. For international shipments I only provide FedEx as an option.
•All artwork whether shipped domestically or internationally is packaged with extreme care. I have worked in multiple art galleries and know how to package artwork carefully to be shipped domestically or internationally.
•For international shipments, IMPORTANT! I can not guarantee that you will not be charged any customs, taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the shipment reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
What is your Refund Policy?
I only provide a refund if the artwork is lost or damaged in transit of shipment. Insurance will be included in cost of shipping, and will cover any damages or losses.
